At Robert & Michelle Toronto, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below, we clearly outline our return policy to ensure a transparent and smooth process.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered and received.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Trying on items is allowed, but items must not be worn beyond fitting purposes.
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted and may be refused.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via:
info@robertmichelletoronto.com - After approval, you will receive the return address of our international supplier.
- Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been:
- Received at the return address, and
- Inspected and approved based on our return conditions
We will process your refund within 30 business days to your original payment method.
Liability & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost or missing packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
